Account Information

Name, email address, and profile information you provide when creating an account or signing up for our beta program.

Uploaded Content

Plans, documents, and images you upload to use our AI takeoff and estimating features. These are processed to generate your estimates and stored securely.

Payment Information

Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers.

Device and Technical Data

IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and cookies used to improve your experience and for security purposes.

Meta Pixel Data

We use the Meta Pixel to track conversions and improve our advertising. This may include information about your interactions with our website shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. You can opt out via your Facebook Ad Preferences.

  • Service providers — including Stripe (payments), AWS/S3 (file storage), Brevo (email), and HubSpot (CRM) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — for advertising purposes via the Meta Pixel, subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy
  • Legal authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Australia and the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
